An eye examination consists of both a measurement of your vision needs and an assessment of your eye health. Most of us are familiar with the need for measuring eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions, but even those who seem to see clearly benefit from having their eye health evaluated.  Regular eye care is best to insure that you continue seeing well.

Once your vision needs have been determined, you have the option of using glasses, contact lenses, or a referral for refractive surgery to improve your vision. We also provide treatment for eye allergies, infections, injuries, glaucoma, and dry eyes.  Our office accept current prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses from other doctors and we provide eyeglass repairs and adjustments.

For patients wearing eyeglasses, you have many choices including thinner/lighter lenses, photochromic lenses (lenses that darken in the sun), and polarized lenses (lenses that reduce glare). For patients wearing contact lenses, we recommend the newest contact lens materials for better comfort and vision.
